He studied at the Konservatory of Jaroslav Ježek and in 1992 he was chosen to take part in a workshop in Denmark led by drummer Ed Thigpen, Django Bates and Barry Haris.
At the beginning of the 90´s he started working with the orchestras SOČR, OPSO and Agon. He also collaborated on performance, film and theater projects with M. Pavlíček, V. Bauer and V. Franz.
He currently plays in several bands (Filip Gondolán session, Zuzana Vlčeková Q., Varhan Bauer,..) as a sideman and he is involved in his own musical projects Radek´s Group and Radek Němejc Q.
